How to Build a Guitar Instructions
Page 1|2|3
Below are our instructions how to build a guitar. The guitar in this guide that we are building is a Mexican Stratocaster.

For this build we are using a Fender Stratocaster Mexican Standard Body, SSS Loaded Pickguard, Output Jack, Bridge, Tuners and Neck. This avoids compatability issues and is a good stratagey for beginners.

You can follow the instructions step-by-step or skip ahead to a certian installation section:

Pickguard | Output Jack | Bridge | Tuners | Neck

Pickguard Installation
The installation of the loaded pickguard is simple. You need to run the tremolo ground wire through the left side hole and run the black and white output wires to the jack area.

In some cases is wire that directly screws into the body under the pickguard.

Next just screw the pickguard onto the body. Over tightening the screws can strip out the wood

If you still have to install your pickups, check out the Wiring Guide

Now is also a good time to install the strap buttons.

Output Jack Installation
For the input jack, take the two wires you ran through and solder them onto the jack as in the picture.

Wear eye protection during this process and take safety precautions to avoid burns.

It does not matter what side the white and black wire goes on. Once this is done, just screw it into the body.
