Deluxe neck on Standard body

Will a newer deluxe neck fit on a standard 4 bolt body, because the new deluxe strats have that offset neck plate? Would I have to drill the neck so it would fit? Thanks

Some of the deluxe necks are drilled for the the standard 4-bolt plates. So you have to ask before buying.

A guitar neck should have a slight bend in it around the 4th/5th/6th lower frets to allow for the ideal play action. Inorder to make sure that the deluxe neck will fit you must perform a visual inspection. If possible ask for assistance from the guitar experts in the store befor purchasing it.
