Ok, I have another question. Is there a difference between the brushed finsh locking tuners Like these (http://cgi.ebay.com/Fender-Schaller-6-In-Line-Locking-Tuners-Strat-Plus_W0QQitemZ120018628571QQihZ002QQcategoryZ41434 QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem) and the normal chrome ones? Will they hold up over time?

I've got both sets of tuners. The brushed finished ones are from the late 90's - early 2000's. The finish on mine aren't holding up that well. They're starting to peel. I think if you got some Testor's model paint in silver, you could touch them up. Go with the chrome ones.

I have to agree with primal, the chrome finish holds up much better.

My opinion is also with all others and you should use chrome ones !
these have nice quality and long life so if once used then you need nothing to worry much about it
