Noisless Pickups as Pre amp kit

I recently purchased Vintage Noisless PUPs as well as a Pre amp kit with mid boost for my strat (The Eric Clapton Set up).

My questions are:
what do I mount the circuitry board to? there are holes in each corner not sure if they are for mounting it or not. (No screws came with it)

It also would appear that I need to remove the Pick guard every time I need to change the battery, is there a better way?

Any other tips on this would be appreaciated

I do believe that the holes are for mounting. As for changing the battery the only way around taking off the pickguard would be to cut another hole in the body and putting a cover over it.
