Neck Radius

I have a Fender Strat with a Peavey neck ( dont ask) The neck is nice a thin and I like the size of it. I was told it's a 7" radius. MY question is this: How do I measure to make sure it is a 7" radius, I want to replace it with a wamoth neck and I want to make sure I get the same radius or at the least, something real close.

The neck radius is messured on the fretboard directly below the headstock. All you need is a messuring tape that would wrap around it.
